An ode to the rookie season of an iconic Jordan Brand athlete is back on shelves with the return of the Air Jordan 12 Retro "Melo". Originally released in 2004 to welcome Jordan Brand signee Carmelo Anthony to the NBA, the classic silhouette features a white leather upper with signature 'rising sun' stitch detail and tonal textured mudguard accented with powder blue on the branding, heel, lining and outsole - paying tribute to both Melo's new Denver Nuggets squad and MJ's UNC colors. Metallic silver eyelets, carbon fiber midfoot shank and a Zoom Air midsole complete the design.
