TOM SACHS X NIKECRAFT WMNS GENERAL PURPOSE SHOE "BRICOLAGE"

Tom Sachs and Nike are back with another NikeCraft creation that is truly greater than the sum of its parts, the Tom Sachs x NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe "Bricolage". True to its name, its elements derive from unexpected sources. The sole? It looks like a waffle because it took a waffle iron to invent the running shoe. The Pine Green pullstraps? They’re cut down from high-performance automotive seat belts. The durable knitted upper material (open enough to breath, tight enough to ward off a few raindrops)? It’s knit—with knots—not woven. It honors the knot-tying methods used by explorers to discover the world.  It sits on a soft gum rubber midsole and EVA foam core covered by the aforementioned waffle sole. A debossed “NIKE” logo in Tom Sachs’ handwriting on heel, matching the NikeCraft-branded sockliners, and a woven tongue tag finish off the design.
