At Lapstone & Hammer, we strive for complete customer satisfaction; however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day window for returns on eligible items. Please note that limited release products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original packaging intact before initiating a request.

  Request Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA form inside the box, then use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our Philadelphia flagship location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
